Refund Policy – SunBlaq

At SunBlaq, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The item must be visibly damaged upon arrival.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photo/video proof of the damage.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging to the supplier’s address provided by our support team.

📦 Return Process:

  1. Email us at sunblaq52@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos/videos.

  2. We will provide the supplier’s return address.

  3. You must ship the product to the supplier at your own expense.

  4. Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, the refund will be processed.

💳 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified by the supplier.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
